does anyone know how pluralspace works? I want to edit a fronting that I forgot to de-front yesterday but I don't know if that's even possible (now the times of the front are wrong and I don't like it, is it possible to edit them?)

updating information on any headmates now is super annoying because I use three system apps (sp, ampersand, and ourcana) at the same time, plus google docs, plus google sheets, plus a physical binder, plus our website
I'm finally adding an archive of my headmates on a small binder I bought yesterday. For now I finished four out of twelve members, which, not bad for a single day! I will be done in less than a week! Once I finish transferring the info on everyone, I will download a profile picture for everyone and buy stickers to decorate the pages. I will also paint with colors and markers, it will be fun! And then I will stop worrying about simply plural shutting down!
people who are like "this is a power play" and "they're conspiring against us" and shit like that about sp and octo going down? y'all are the reason plural apps keep shutting down 😠it's not a conspiracy against plural people / systems. if you actually took the time to read their posts (especially the sp devs post) you'll see that no, actually, a break wouldn't fix this. that no, actually, funding wasn't the only issue.
do you know how difficult it is to keep up an app that syncs with multiple other apps and has online servers up 24/7 for hundreds of thousands of people?? get a fucking grip.
yes it's an accessibility tool, yes it's awful that they're shutting down, yes there might be a better way of going about it. but none of that is happening and you're just gonna have to deal with it instead of harassing devs, sending threats, and writing hateful messages everywhere about how they're evil actually. these are people too. systems. with their own issues, friends, family, wants and goals. leave them alone man.

does anyone know how to add images to ourcana's profiles? we've tried with the link to the drive files but even tho it's set to public it doesn't show. plus the display is too small on both mobile and laptop, does anyone know how to make it bigger?
okay so since the simply plural situation and most plural app alternatives shutting down, we've set up our own system (no pun intended) to save our information. We're going to write this all down in case is useful for someone else:
Google sheets and google docs for alter information: I know, I know, google bad and all that, but we genuinely need somewhere online to save all that information. In the doc we've used tables and the spreadsheet is a spreadsheet with all of our information saves from simply plural, including profile images. Luckily we're only eleven so gathering all this information only took us maybe a week.
We're also planning on creating a physical binder to store all that information just in case (I know, we're paranoid), but maybe we will do this in the holidays when we have free time. For now, google docs is not shutting down anytime soon and works just fine.
Physical journal for tracking switches. This has been a pain in the ass because we're not always available to write down in the notebook the moment we switch. So we're just using a combination of the notes app to track who switches and at what time they switch, and then transferring it all to the notebook at the end of the day.
We're also still using or method to use Daylio in the morning to store the day information (we've been journaling every single day since april, our syscovery) and SP for switches, so it takes a bit of time to do this every single day.
A combination of different apps and programs (besides SP, we're using SP until the moment it shuts down): Antar (for chatting, we don't trust discord), Ampersand, Ourcana and Timestamp. I know, I know, there are lots of apps and seems a bit excessive, but I prefer to prevent any misfortunes. It's been a bit tedious to use so many apps at once, and we're not even sure how to put our images in the app, but it's been getting better.
And that's it! I know this may seem excessive, but if truly all plural apps shut down in the near future, we want to be prepared. A non plural app alternative we've also found to track switches is Timestamp, which is a bit wonky but works just fine. So if everything shuts down we're using that and Daylio.
Question for the council. If we were to make some (free) printable bullet journaling templates for systems, what would you want to see?
Like what kinds of information are y'all wanting to track? How would you like headmate intros to be laid out? Anything in particular that y'all liked from the apps that can be translated to pen and paper?
Ik it won't be a perfect solution but my hope is that it helps Someone. We're gonna make one for ourselves anyway, but hopefully we can help y'all out with these too :] So any ideas are welcome!
