It...certainly doesn't look too promising, but I'm still kinda holding out hope that it'll eat least be a fun show to watch.

Yeah, Ryoko's bio seems to indicate that they'ree at least gonna use some of the canon worldbuilding stuff, rather than the old Universe continuity. So I guess that's...something at least?

Damn. I remember when it was first announced, sites like AstroNerdBoy seemed to be suggesting that it might at least be some kind of sequel to the OVAS (even if it's just a filler sequel), but if Kajishima's said he's got NO input in it, it looks like it's just gonna be yet another timeline.Â
Damned shame, too, as I was kinda hoping for some more primary timeline material.Â
Still...maybe it'll be...decent?Â
