All these humans are weird posts.. I saw one, I don't remember who by, talking about cussing in front of aliens and how the alien might not understand. It got me to thinking about an alien, who has been taught proper English, being left in the Middle of Alabama. Just think about trying to teach the alien southernisms. Bubba: You can't get blood out a turnip. Alien: Well of course not, it is a vegetable. Bubba: He thinks he's slicker than snot on a marble doorknob. Alien: Marble with snot? That is audacious. Bubba: Bless her little pea-pickin' heart, she can't carry a tune in a bucket with it's lid on it. Alien: .. Bubba: Their relationship's been put through the wringer a time or two. Alien: They were married? Bubba: *sighs* Bubba: *sees cute girl* YeeYeeYee! *Revs engine as mating ritual* Alien: Bubba, I don't think I like the south. Bubba: Nah! You like it, you love it, you want some more of it.. Alien: No.. really. I think I want to go back north of the Mason Dixon line please.
