This gluten-free bread boule is perfect for dipping in soup or enjoying on its own. It has a tender crumb and a crusty exterior, just like traditional bread boules.
Ingredients: 3 cups gfJules Gluten Free All Purpose Flour. 1 teaspoons salt. 2 teaspoons active dry yeast. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 cups warm water. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Extra flour for dusting.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine gfJules Gluten Free All Purpose Flour and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together yeast, honey, and warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. Add olive oil and apple cider vinegar to the yeast mixture. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined and a dough forms. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Punch down the dough and shape it into a round boule on a parchment-lined baking sheet, dusted with extra gfJules Gluten Free All Purpose Flour. Score the top of the boule with a sharp knife. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
