The buzz. • Have you ever felt it? • It's that full mind and body sensation you feel when everything is aligned. When you're doing something that excites you. That scares you. That inspires you. Something that you're so damn passionate about it's gross. • The feeling you get when one of your students proudly reports she was able to pick up that heavy bag of soil at Home Depot with perfect squat form. The feeling you get when you're at a lifting meet and you're surrounded by people crushing their personal best's. The feeling you get when you feel the most connected to your friends, your family, your purpose. It's that feeling you get at 6am on a Saturday morning when you're really freaking happy with life. • This past weekend I was buzzing on the highest frequency I've ever felt. Surrounded by 50 other ladies whose MO is to inspire and support others to live happier, healthier lives.... I left the #radianceretreat *determined* to spread the buzz. • Sure, nice, Hannah, sounds great, but what on earth are you taking? And how do I get some? 🤔 • My rx: Action. Taken once a day. And you can get some as soon as an opportunity arises to do something that scares yet intrigues you, even just a little bit. • ✨Strike up a conversation with that person you see on the train everyday but never say hi. ✨Step into that weight room and start to figure out that squat rack. ✨Take that salsa class you've been saying you want to try. • Whatever it is for you, do something everyday that pushes you, just a little bit. You'll start to feel it, and overtime you'll start to find what makes you the happiest. It will start to open up doors you didn't know were there. It will begin to awaken dreams inside you that you didn't know you had. What makes you feel most connected. What makes you feel like you kinda know what you're meant to be doing in this life.
