Για Βασιλόπιτα (ή β-πίτα) έκανα ένα εύκολο κ γρήγορο κέικ, ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται πίσω από τη συσκευασία του Φαριν-απ. Πρόσθεσα 1/2 κουταλάκι baking powder, σταφίδες και αμύγδαλα. Έγινε πολύ αφράτο και νόστιμο.

Το φλουρί έπεσε στη δημιουργό της πίτας :-)

I love this town. I love my suburb near the sea. I love the Greek islands.

I work for many years now for advertising and communication industry. I had nothing to do with public service or politics. I just voted whenever elections happened.

I don't like the situation we are in. I feel that I was fooled around. I feel that everyday now the politicians tell us lies. They only care for themselves and for *the big interests*: the banks.

This is not only a Greek issue. This is global.
