Before I was given a mind
To me this refers to thinking with your heart aka your emotions rather than with your mind. Which is very Sorea. She's raised a warrior a soldier who's supposed to be tactical. But she acts on impulse she acts on her emotions more often than not.
A thirst for pleasure and war
She feels guilty for wanting love and pleasure yet also wanting some victory in battle. She's trained as a knight and warrior yet there are no battles to be fought. She wants love yet there's noone there she truly wants (Xander lives on the other side of the country looolll)
We fell from sky with grace

Hey so uhm Sorea is like many others a little chess piece a little puppet to the gods. Specifically the god of wrath, of chaos, the universe and its stars. (by universe im just referring to celestial,,bodies? is that the word ? planets and asteroids and all that jazz. But not the moon or the sun! those are their own guys). She's been on Soreas side since she was little guiding her as a motherly figure when Sorea was left by her own. She's the one who strived to make Sorea an even greater soldier. She's not the God of War or Justice or anything but she does really love getting angry and wrecking havoc. So she induces Sorea with negative feelings and teaches her to work through them by fighting and training. Which works... relatively well. The Goddess makes sure to explain to Sorea that she can let herself enjoy the good things aswell to feast and drink! - largely because the Gods can feel everything their host does.
There's beauty in your beast
At a young age Sorea discovers her beast. A curse that had been layed upon her family for generations. If at bay it's a large wolf that acts sort of like a ghost, striding around Soreas Castle only visible to her. Its a bit goofy tbh. But when Soreas emotions get shot up - or during special dates - the wolf gets distressed and seeks solace in its host. Making Sorea go through a not so pleasant transformation into a large wolf herself. She's not fully sentient but not completely erratic. Just a bit distressed and rather hungry. There's reasons as to why some people are fully sentient in their beast form and others (for example Adrianna) are just complete erratic animals. but Sorea is a middle part! And the Goddess wants Sorea to not be afraid of her beast because fear would make her transform more often. Which means pain for the God.

The Goddess encouraging Sorea to indulge. The animatic in my head shows Sorea doing the exact opposite. She's training and working out. "Come and feel the love" is the God speaking and Sorea response bitterly "like a sinner"
Shout it for the ones who could never say
Shouting and screaming is a big symbolism that makes me go "SOREA !!!" because girly is louuddd. A wolf howls and so does she. She has a booming loud voice in general but she's also not afraid of raising her voice. And she feels responsible to stand up for those weaker so she thrives off off stepping in between kids who tousle and take an authoritarian stand point. She just. Likes being the leader lmao
"I won't feel ashamed, mother"
Sorea has massive mother issues. She left when she was just a kid and since then her opinions and stories were just second hand told to Sorea by her dad. She sounded lovely but it still stung to know she just left like that. Sorea knew her mom was cursed too, so she doesn't want to feel ashamed about it.
"Can you break the chains off her"
Hi so uhm. Sorea didn't need to be cursed. Her mother leaving was the one thing that made Soreas curse unfold. The Goddess is speaking here to Soreas mom because if she does something Sorea doesn't have to.

Before there was made a god
Soreas faith was destined before she was even born. Her mom knew as soon as she got pregnant that it was her salvation. She raised Sorea for those few years to be accepting of something she didn't even know she'd bear, to be accepting of a god she wasn't even aware of at the time.
Young rivers in your hands
And grass burning in promised lands
Soreas mom is promised salvation if she runs away.
