If you're ever stressing out, take the time to stretch. Bend over and try to touch your toes or put your palms flat on the floor. Hold this pose for one minute. Slowly release and bring yourself back to a standing position. Raise your arms above your head and try to touch the sky. Slowly arch back, using your arms to guide you in the direction you are leaning. Hold for 30 seconds. Bring yourself back to standing position once more. Take your arms and wrap them around your upper torso. Give yourself a hug. Remember to love yourself.
