I have a book called "How to Speak Dog" which tells you how to interpret their behavious and train them. And I have read that book repeatedly so many times that I have it memorized. I do not own a dog. Never have. I want to, but can't cuz we live in an apartment.

Two months ago, I had an idea "If you can train dogs by playing a clicker sound and getting them to do something that gets them treats, they will associate that action with treats and do it even when there are none, can that be done with humans too"?? So I researched a but, and did an experiment.

Every night for the last two months, before going to sleep, while lying in bed and closing my eyes, I played that song once, and then slept.

And now, even if I play that song in the morning, afternoon, evening, or literally the middle of the day when I SHOULD NOT be sleeping, I will get sleepy. At the least, I will yawn. My brain has associated that song eith sleeping, and now, if I ever have trouble going to sleep at night, I will just play that song.

I have trained myself.
