8. movies or tv shows?Both are real good, but probably tv shows more than movies. Since they have a longer runtime there’s usually more story and content that fits in them.
14. favorite non-chocolate candy?Suckers and hard candy are usually good!
15. favorite book you read as a school assignment? I’d have to say Life of Pi. That was a real good book, with a lot of striking scenes (all the more so once you’ve finished the book).
21. obsession from childhood? I was very much into Pokemon and Neopets, and kind of still am tbh. I’m looking forward to the new Pokemon game, and still think about my old Neopets characters sometimes. There were also some real close internet friends I had through Neopets (I hope they’re all doing well).
23. strange habits? Hmm this is a hard one. I guess that I don’t have dedicated pajamas, I just sleep in my regular clothes. That would probably count.
29. best way to bond with you?I’m... not entirely sure tbh? I guess just express interest in talking to and hanging out with me, and encourage me to talk about things I like and express interest when I’m talking. And also go places with me, to eat or go for a walk or see the sights or whathaveyou.
31. what outfit do you wear to kick ass and take names? I feel most badass in cosplay tbh (esp Mollymauk and Asra). Aside from that, one of my favourite hoodies, skinny black pants, and leather boots, I suppose?
40. weirdest thing to ever happen at your school? I don’t know if it was the weirdest, but the one that jumps out in my memory is the time my class rounded the corner to the science lab and there was blood spattered on the floor, where two students had gotten into a fight (I assume it was from a bloody nose, but I don’t think I ever actually found out).
45. which genre: sci-fi, fantasy or superhero? A bit of all of the above tbh. But heavy sci-fi and heavy fantasy aren’t always my jam, so if I had to pick, probably superhero.
49. what saying or quote do you live by? “Do what you can, and that’s all you can do.” Is a big one for me. Basically give it a shot and try your best, and don’t stress yourself out excessively or unnecessarily about what you aren’t able to accomplish or execute perfectly. It’s a saying I really ought to remind myself of these days.
55. favorite fairy tale?Over the Garden Wall. What do you mean that doesn’t count?? Aside from that I’m not really sure. Maybe Little Red Riding Hood, or Hansel and Gretel?
56. favorite tradition?Oh boy. We don’t have a lot of traditions tbh. I’d say opening a single christmas present ahead of time on Christmas Eve.
59. if you were a video game character, what would your catchphrase be?I’ve never been good at catchphrases rip, so I’m not sure about this one whoops.
60. if you were a character in an anime, what kind of anime would you want it to be?If I were to choose a specific world, Land of the Lustrous seems a decent world to exist in while still being really unique and interesting, for what I watch. But more generally, something with just a bit of adventure, but not tragedy and suffering. My Hero Academia wouldn’t be terrible.
65. any permanent scars? Most of my scars are pretty faint, but I do have some scars on my arms, acne scars, and a few small scars on my hands (thanks to hot glue).
69. a fun fact that you don’t know how you learned?Uhhhh all the fun facts I can think of I more or less know how I learned. But did you know there’s some gemstones that appear as different colours under different lighting? Alexandrite looks green under sunlight, but red under candlelight.
81. fireflies or lightning bugs?I can’t tell if these are actually two different kinds of bugs (if so I had no idea), or if the question is just asking me what I call them. If a. neither, I’m scared of bugs so just... no thanks, or b. I know them as fireflies.
84. podcasts or talk radio? I don’t really know what talk radio is, but I think it’s just like normal radio, except, like, no music? If so, definitely podcasts, both narrative, story-driven podcasts, and chill talking-with-friends podcasts.
88. your greatest wish? To someday have my own place, have my body the way I want it, own several wonderful dogs, and have close friends (and maybe a queerplatonic partner??) whom I love and hang out with. Also for people to be happy.
98. favorite historical era? Uhhhh I know basically nothing about historical eras. Every historical era I know about is from shows that also include fictional elements (Princess Mononoke, steampunk, etc). I tend to only know select things from historical eras, whoops.
