     The travel west from Eternia had been a rough one, mostly for he was still growing accustomed to such lengthy travel. For one with a much more luxurious upbringing (even with his present status), it was a strange feeling to only have the slightest notion of where one might obtain his next meal. Fortunately, the former heir to House Genelogia was no fool and his training had been sufficient enough to survive.

     Perhaps it was the one good thing his family had instilled him with, the ability to persist. Persist until he could find the answers - and solution - he was looking for. For now though travel and viewing the world would be what calmed his bitter heart, enough that the experiences and gentle ambiance of the forest were enough to overtake the negative feelings-- even if they could not quell his conviction. 

      Growling and snapping accompanied by the noise of a desperate young man’s cries startled Denys from his thoughts. He snapped to attention and was quick to draw his blade (ever thankful for his recently acquired arm) as he quickly rushed to the site. Snarling monsters baring fangs had circled an exhausted-looking teen, one who was obviously unprepared to fight so many of the beasts at once.

      The first slash was but a warning to get the attention of the pack and the teen they’d cornered. Hopefully the boy could still fight, they’d need to work together if he had a hope of getting out of this alive.

None of them are sorry Sakra, I’m just watching this mess from afar with popcorn, want some?
