Briefly back in my Advance 3 era :)

Both this level and this team are underrated, so why not give them some spotlight? Cream/Sonic has the advantage of flight, but the Dash Glide can be fun in the right level!

Only barely faster than the other way around, but much more adrenaline inducing :P

Lovely Couple in Route 99 Act 2

I could have done much better (the ending in particular oof), but some shortcuts are particularly annoying and I was getting tired of starting from scratch lol. Just wanted to show off the amazing power of Sonic/Amy and the Hammer :P

Lovely Couple in Cyber Track Act 1

This act is like Sunset Hill Act 1: picking the right path in this maze is more important than picking the right team.

I used the same route I used in my Knuckles/Sonic run, but I gained 4 seconds. Is it because I got better? Or is it because of the Power of Love? ;)

#sonic the hedgehog #sonic advance 3 #sonic speedrun #sonic advance 3 speedrun #ocean base #knuckles & amy #nobody:#knuckles: *dash climb dash climb dash climb*#finally i used k/a for this act #i didn't use certain tricks that speedrunners use to get to <1m which is insane to me #in particular you're supposed to use amy's tag action to get to that damn platform lol #but 1:20 is perfectly respectable considering that the limit for the gold metal is 3:30 :^)#if i didn't get hit by that enemy at the end i would have gotten <1:20 but eh i'm still very happy #actually comparing the clip the shortcut at the beginning didn't make me save much time #i just didn't have to interact with obstacles #which when you're talking about ocean base is more than a fair trade
