so i do a little song writing in my free time but i came up with one of the best lines- i just don't know how to use it so here it is :

my breath holds in on it's own as i anticipate but come next for me i try to take a deep breath but i just begin to hyperventilate i want to be normal again why am i like this anymore? i just wanna be my old self open space that's my trigger watch me face the unbearable watch my nerves skyrocket watch my body get hot... watch my symptoms ravel out of control again because I'm not i'm not... i'm not okay... i have anxiety... anxiety... public places are my enemy where i'm seen mostly crying and screaming my mind is internally shaking shivering and reaching for everyone why am i this way? what caused this anxiety? when i don't understand it myself? i feel so uncontrollable... grab my hands feel my wrath jumping on that nervous stomach butterflies everywhere try to stand on top of my fears but i often trample under here i feel so overwhelmed and out of control because of my anxiety
