It does deal with potentially triggering content, as they do discuss discovery, trauma and recovery from abusive relationships, so be mindful that if you are interested. The episodes are often on particular topics, so you can kind of pick and choose which episodes might be of interest. I don’t listen in order unless I’m listening to one particular story that extends over several episodes. The host gives a trigger warning at the beginning of the episode if it applies as well. I do recommend being somewhat sound when listening so you’re not giving yourself a blow to the knee when you’re already down.

It's available on apple podcasts and spotify for free. I definitely recommend it if you're in a place of uncertainty or even if you just want to educate yourself on signs and situations of abuse. I just want to pass the info along, especially if you're struggling with making sense of a situation or you find healing through listening to other’s stories to validate your own feelings. Several of the interviews over the seasons are with licensed professionals and they do offer insight on dealing with situations, including how to approach a friend or family member who may be trapped in an abusive relationship.
