I’ve made more quilted totes that I have sold! I’m trying to open an Etsy store but as soon as I make a bag I sell it before it goes online. All these bags have owners but it’s an example of what I make.

Glow in the dark!

You know what color you can't find on any of the signs and safety gear behind me? Bright fucking pink. So I had to keep a copy of the fucking law with me at all times and show it to Foreman all the time. Every time I went to a new construction site, I'd have the samw argument. And even though I was only a flagger for a year I never even had a close call with traffic because I stood out as a human shaped thing in front of all the construction. Which is unusual. Flaggers have close calls and get clipped by or just flat out hit by cars all the time. This was a case where wearing pink actually made me safer and better at the job I was supposed to be doing but they still fucking hated it.

I had male colleagues who frequently wore camouflage under their High VIs vests. In Washington state where you are frequently standing in front of construction equipment and a backdrop of evergreen trees in no form in ever had a problem with that.
