I love this!! Okay, of mine in my immediate vicinity:

A yellow-gold Waving cat that I got during my Japan trip that is gloriously round and fits in the palm of my hand and rolls happily backwards and forward when you poke it - I've been poking it a lot as I work, it's on my work desk!

A hand coloured piece of art of one of my novel's characters, commissioned from the wonderful redheaded-trickster (here: https://ko-fi.com/redhead_trickster) - I had it propped up on my desk for months

my grandmother has a print of an owl that is near the front door (I'm visiting her) and reminds her of a place that she used to work, and I like hearing her talk about it

I'm not great at mounting pictures but in my childhood bedroom at my dad's house I have reprints of a few Soviet posters in frames on the walls and a commission from /pouponart from YEARS ago of my inquisitor holding a nug that I printed out on shitty paper and taped to the back of the door. My childhood bedroom is also the guest bedroom, and the decor makes me laugh.

A varied collection of Venetian masks hung in various houses. My favourite is the plainest, a bauta mask; and yes I will buy a new one next time I'm in Venice (I'm going to take my sister properly soon - we were students last time she went together and now we have a lil more disposable income)
