5. The sheer weight of existence is exhausting.
5. It’s awful having scars. People always tell me that I should’ve thought of that first before I self harmed, but I never fucking thought I’d live to see it. Now every time I see myself I’m triggered by flashbacks, anxiety, disgust, and self hatred. I hate the way I look, I wish I could just cover all of them up forever and never have to see them again.
5. For some of us, childhood is something that takes years to recover from and get over.
1, 5: guess we just have a fear of people knowing who we are.

1, 5. My brain feels like mush today
Hello ! Is it possible tout créateur pour own did systheme?
5. No
We’re not playing some game or making up stories in our head. Our system is from years of repeated trauma throughout our childhood and into our adult lives. DID is caused by said trauma and I promise you it’s not something you should ever “want”. The PTSD symptoms are unbearable, hearing voices is frightening, not being able to grip reality makes us feel like we’re not human, the suicidal ideation and self harm is terrible. We have no friends because of DID, and if our family found out they’d dissown us. The suicide rate for those of us with DID is 70-75%. Some of us have multiple attempts under our belt and some people I knew never made it out of their childhoods alive.
So no, you can’t make your own DID system. It’s not a fantasy it’s a death sentence.
5. Will I ever have a normal night of sleep ever again?
