Solovei was a Snezhnayan noble and the childhood friend of Reed Miller. He was inspired to found Nodkrai and the Lightkeeper after witnessing the execution of his dear friend. He uses a nightingale as its symbol.

Now look Tolphin has the "male_bard_snezhnaya" NPC model, but it is widely different from the other npc***

His gemstone is blue

There is gold

There is a 4-point star like the one in Khaenriah

His clothes seems riches and of better quality than the other npc

His drinking horn is plain and clearly old and not decorated as a bird

and on the other side his flask has Reed Miller//the treasure hunter symbol

Or is it Reed Miller symbol ? cause there isnt a star in the bird's claws its 4 square like the other npc model

which could be

a "nightingale pattern" (Solovei's symbol )

*** There is another different bard npc but he is talking about clothes and new coats in alpaca wool ( he still has the same backpack as the regular NPC)
