Clouds: How clearly do you picture a scene before you start writing it down?
Not much tbh! I need to know only the general setting, what characters are there, and the main thing that's going to happen. So for example "forest, Leofric/Uhtred, smut with oral sex" is something that became almost 10k of a fic. I find it easier to just have a general line and then let the characters do what they want, I can always edit aggressively later on!

I know that I told you this already but Iāll just say it again. This is such an awesome request, because I never would have thought of putting these two together but it really works!
I even made up a story in my head to go with. Thatās how much I liked this idea. So picture this.
Sihtric and Charles have sailed together for many years and then one day Sihtric finds a woman who has washed up on shore. They take her in, but know nothing about her. Theyāll eventually find out that she was the captain of another ship, but that she was made to walk the plank when her crew mutinied against her.
Hence why I picked the pictures that I used.
