@never-obsolete just now reminded me that I made this.
It's a recompilation of the classic Windows Solitaire, from the original source code, with some interesting extensions by me.
For example, you can select any of the original card backs, the extra backs from TriPeaks, and any of the Windows XP card backs, plus any you provide on your own by using "solX.bmp" files (where X is obviously a number, starting from 1.)
(You might recognize this presentation style as not unlike picking a shortcut icon. That is entirely correct.)
On top of that, you can change the fronts of the decks by providing a "soldeck.bmp" file.
You can download it from my personal server here. Includes all mentioned card backs, three extension backs based on Windows 7 Solitaire, and all four fronts from the same (just rename the one you want to "soldeck.bmp" and restart the program.)
