Graphite makes a dramatic backdrop in any room when used on walls. The colour is a soft black inspired by Lamp Black, a traditional pigment. It works for many interiors from neoclassical to modern. Wall Paint is a tough, water-based household paint that takes whatever life throws its way. It’s robust, smooth and easy to use with a luxurious matt finish and a very slight sheen. 2.5 litre covers about 388 sq ft which is roughly Rs.8.5 per sq ft. *This colour is also available in Chalk Paint® decorative paint.

Loose leaf is perfect for most gilding purposes. It's particularly good for carved surfaces. We offer leaf metal in Brass, Aluminium and Copper. Use the leaf with hands lightly dusted with talcum powder and stick the leaf on to a surface coated with Annie Sloan Gold Size. Brass leaf is also known as 'Imitation Gold' or sometimes referred to as 'Dutch Gold'. Brass tarnishes so apply a layer of Clear Chalk Paint® Wax over your gilded surface when done. Aluminium leaf is also known as 'Imitation Silver'. To make it look like vintage silver, apply a light coat of Dark Chalk Paint® Wax when done. Size is an old English word for glue. Annie Sloan Gold Size is water based and has the advantage of staying sticky when dry, so it’s perfect for applying either bronze powders or metal leaf quickly and easily.

Black Chalk Paint® Wax will give a cool, dark finish to your paintwork, bringing out texture in brushwork and mouldings, as well as darkening and enriching colours. Use it with clear Chalk Paint® Wax to seal and protect furniture and walls painted with Chalk Paint® decorative paint. First apply a thin base of clear wax, removing any excess with a clean cloth. Next, apply the black wax, pushing it into the paintwork to bring out brush marks and crevices. Wipe back any excess with clear wax, making sure every part of your piece has been waxed at least once. Chalk Paint® Wax is not suitable for outdoor use. After care: wipe clean with a damp cloth. For tough marks, use a proprietary spray cleaner and rewax if necessary. As a rough guide, you will need one 500ml tin of wax for every 3-4 litres of paint – of course, this will vary depending on how many coats of paint or wax you use to cover a piece.
