Moodboard: Two Days In the Desert
The two days' ride across the desert had been hot and exhausting…The two nights, however…
Originally I intended my @sobiweek contribution to be a fic set between chapters 21 and 22 of Born of Light, but alas I didn’t get it done. I wanted to do something for this event, though, so I made my first-ever moodboard in the hopes of actually inspiring myself to write the actual fic! In the meantime, I hope it provides scope for the imagination of what’s to come. ;)

Written a while back for Sobiweek 2019. I meant to go back and edit it before posting. For a variety of reasons, I did not.
But it’s written, mostly proofread, and a oneshot about Sabé, Obi-Wan and the importance of not turning into your mother. Actually, that’s not really what it’s about, but I cannot figure out how to summarize it to save my soul. It starts before TPM and ends after RotS. Obi-Wan and Sabé are the main characters. Amidala, Skywalker, the handmaidens and Sabé’s family guest star. That’s all I got.
Hand of the Queen
Medieval/fairy tale AU. Obi-Wan is one of many noblemen who have come to win the hand of Queen Amidala, but in order to succeed, he must first complete the rigorous screening challenges of her handmaiden Sabé. The closer he gets to his goal, the more he realises it might not be the Queen he truly wants.
