Pat has come to realize that his voice alone can quickly become stale and monotone to the readers, so he has solicited my services. For as long as this blog is alive, which for all I know could be shutdown tomorrow, or I could find out Pat can't afford the $6 yearly site fee, I will be offering a new and unique voice to this blog. Thus I present to you loyal readers: The Sober Perspective.  I wanted to call it Diva Rants, but the CEO and bill payer says The Sober Perspective.

  For some background: I will be providing you a look at life without getting drunk, while trying to live morally and ethically. The closest thing I've known to being drunk and blacked out is when I went skydiving 6 and a half months ago, blacked out 5/8 of the way down, and crash landing into a tall grass field 100 yards away from the landing zone.

I am that guy at the party/bar that tries to have an intelligent conversation with you even though you are drunk, and keep telling me that same stupid story over, and over again.  No one else knows you've been going around telling the same story because they are just as drunk as you.

  I do have a day job and in no way shape or form will this blog take priority over anything.  I will write a few things here or there as the CEO or I see fit.  Whenever I get a chance to write I will, but I enjoy spending my free time reading, watching the Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox, Tiger Woods,Nascar, F1,....lets just cut it short and say all sports. In no way shape or form will writing on this blog take precedent over that, unless that is, I start getting paid for this. That's unlikely though.  I offered the CEO a chance to more than double his readership for a mere $10 and he rejected it. He's not a very astute businessman. Thus, if this blog miraculously goes mainstream in any small way, I am going to run the day to day financial operations of this operation.

  This blog is very preliminary for me so I have no twitter handle or email for you to contact me so Pat will be our broker the foreseeable future. If the page views and/or readership spikes due to my involvement I'd love to hold that over Pat's head, so share this will all your friends.

  I write these blogs in Gmail so the punctuation and spelling may be a bit off. I'm not that dumb, and obviously not drunk so just bear with it.
