having chronic stomach problems is so fun like what caused this. was it gluten? was it lactose? is it just good old IBS? WHAT DID I DO WRONG THIS TIME !!!!
#I know it's not gluten cause this isn't my gluten reaction#it could be dairy but from what!!! all I had yesterday was my usual rice crackers and hummus and then a GF lactose free pizza!!!#so why!!!!!!!#gotta be IBS#maybe from stress? I got real upset last night over smth dumb#well not dumb just a horrible misunderstanding between me and my momager
