Hi, I saw your vent post about being fat, and all I can say is that you could try decreasing the portions of the foods you eat daily. You don't have to cut out anything if you don't want to, but it would speed up the process if you decreased the consumption of foods that are small in portions, non-filling, but packed with calories. You can still eat them sometimes, but not very often. Also, walking 10k steps is really good, but if your job or other commitments make it impossible, you could try improving your diet. Please take care of yourself and don't immediately resort to harm when you feel down; try to fix what's making you hurt. I really enjoy your content and I hope you take care of yourself. Wish you lots of health and happiness. β‘
