What is happening to Supergirl is getting ridiculous TBVH
Supergirl is a show with great actors but now the majority of it is force feeding us Mon-el slowly turning himself into a βheroβ (he is trying his best to be a hero but with all the wrong reasons - he is thinking with his dick for crying out loud - he wants to be Supergirlβs partner, to help her, to save/protect her even if she does not need to be saved and being stubborn while doing it) storyline that we do not need while Supergirl/Kara storyline is slowly but surely dying in the background, turning the MAIN hero of the show (all of them our heroes in their own right - Alex, Eliza, Maggie, James, J'onn, Winn, M'gann, Lena - so far these characters have proven that they are indeed heroes without any hidden agenda, and not forcing their way to help, they simply just want to help) a love interest of a man taking over most of the screen time from the other characters.
Fine, Mon-el is there. The writers want to introduce him to us, showing us what he got, what he can do for the superfriends, who he is, BUT there is also Maggie, M'gann and Lena. The writers are side-lining NEW GREAT FOUR female characters for JUST ONE new MALE character. WOW.
