In January 2023, Sir Ken and Sir Jeric encountered issues with their previous grooming home service provider, which led them to search for a new, trustworthy service for their beloved fur babies.

In April 2023, through a recommendation from Sir Ken’s aunt, they were introduced to SNUG room.

Before deciding to avail of Snug Room’s services, Sir Ken carefully assessed and spoke with the staff and owner, sharing the traumatic experience they had with their previous groomer. During their

conversation, they made it clear that they weren’t asking for special treatment or discounts. They were willing to pay the right price, not because they were rich but because they valued QUALITY AND SAFE GROOMING SERVICES for their fur babies. For them, spending a little more was worth it to ensure their fur babies were in safe and capable hands rather than saving money at the risk of their well-being.

In October 2024, Cats of Quezon Province received a message claiming that Snug Room had allegedly mistreated a cat during a grooming session and has been posted publicly on different animal groups and social media platforms that caused online hate towards them.

Upon reading this message and seeing the online hate they received resulting to angry reactions on almost all their posts and giving them unnecessary/bad reviews without knowing the full context of what's happening, Sir Ken and especially his partner Sir Jeric began to have doubts about continuing their grooming service with Snug Room because they prioritize the safety of their Fur Babies. However, after a long discussion, which included disagreements between the Sir Ken and Sir Jeric, Sir Ken decided to call and speak directly with the staff and owner of Snug Room to validate whether these accusations were true. Given their more than a year long relationship with Snug Room, they found it difficult to believe the accusations, as their own experience made it seem less likely for such claims to be true.

And now we are now happy to share that the SNUG ROOM ALREADY REALEASED THEIR OFFICIAL STATEMENT regarding THESE ACCUSATIONS.
