CAn i get a scenario with snb sin comforting his fem so who is insecure because of his 'realtionship' with celendine?
Here’s a post somewhat related to this!
Sinbad didn’t think his closeness to Serendine would be a problem. It never seemed like it at least. It wasn’t until a small argument with his s/o ended with her blurting out that ‘maybe he’d rather be with Serendine since they were so friendly.’ The comment had taken him so aback that it took him a few minutes to realize what just happened and finally chase her down.
The common places she accustomed were empty. She was nowhere to be found. Not her room, not the office or the trading company. It wasn’t until he remembered that his s/o liked sea and watching the waves lapping against the shore that he hurried to the docks. He even used his djinn equip in his haste to find her. After an hour or so of searching, Sin found her at the shores far from the city. She simply sat on the sand, letting the water wash up against her as she sobbed.
The mere sound of it broke his heart. Sin shouted her name at the top of his lungs as he ran to her; it startled her and she shot up turning to run away. But being faster than her, Sinbad quickly took her by the wrist gently to stop her.
“Wait!” he called, breath ragged and heart racing. “Please, don’t run. I-I’m...I’m sorry.”
All at once, she stopped tugging at her wrist and looked over her shoulder. The expression on her face floored him. Eyes wide in bewilderment and tears threatening to spill over more, lips quivering from her trying to keep her sobs from escaping. Somehow, her words shocked him further. “Y-You shouldn’t...be. I-I was wrong...”
“No,” he immediately rectified, “you weren’t. I should have taken your feelings more into consideration. I never thought you’d be so affected by me being around Serendine.”
Though she nodded, the tears spilled over and ran down her cheeks. “I thought I knew better than to doubt you. I know you and I know that you’d never do something like that to me, no matter how you were before. But my mind just makes up stuff that riles me up and makes me doubt. She’s so much like you—you both have so much in common. And I don’t. I’m not strong, I’m not confident. Least of beautiful like her—”
Her words ended on his chest and muffled when Sinbad pulled her into a tight embrace. “Never think that again.” He pulled her back just enough to be able to cradle her face and neck in his hands and lean his forehead against hers. “You’re all of that and more to me, y/n. You’re everything to me and I’m sorry that I didn’t realize that this is how you felt for so long.”
Sinbad gave her a gentle kiss that she reciprocated in the heat of the moment. As they separated, he kissed her on the forehead and they held each other close as the waves came and went at their feet.
“I love you, y/n. Nothing and no one will ever change that.”
“Me too, Sin. I love you too.”
