S.S journal entry: It malfunctioned today. Using magic to pluck the buttons triggered it to follow its mass of energy to try and catch it, or so it seemed. It was spasming at an advanced rate; hearing the sound of my laughter for the first time.

I can not stop imagining Severus' spider cauldron, waking up in plain courts walking to him and sitting on his legs like a cat in front of the whole class xD (And acting like a cat)
O my god, yas! And can totally see when it was first made— acting a little faulty— and it would sit on his lap while it was too hot!

These cauldron drawings are so great! How about one where the students mess up the ingredients and give it heartburn, maybe it even burps? And chases the students out of the classroom while Snape smirks.
