She disliked this part of her job the most, having these kinds of talks with the Restoration teams wasn't fun. But even less then that she hated having to talk to have this talk with a friend. It wasn't easy for her to discuss it and she was aware that he was in a rough patch of his life. So it was no surprise that she was nervous, how would he react? what would he say? But as general she had to do it, no one else just her. She had her uniform on today, not her dress, but the military fatigues, and her quills tied back out of her face. She looked less like the sweet girl people knew and more the like the soldier she was forced to be.
She'd hear the knock to her door and placed her hands in her lap and took a deep breath.
She waited for him to enter her office, and motioned for him to sit down in the chair opposite of her. Her features less the joyful friend and more the stern soldier. She gave him a moment to get comfortable before she spoke.
" Hello Snatch, I'm sure you are curious why i've called you in here... or maybe you already know? I suppose word travels fast enough in this building. "
She sighed softly as she opened up a folder in front of her.
" a few months back you ignored orders and went off to search for Tangle on your own...you probably saved her life. I was willing to overlook your disregard for orders back then, because results mean everything. "
" But now you vanished without a word for weeks... and no one knew what happened to you. To say your friends were worried is an understatement... I know better then most how this job---this duty can wear on a person. I'd like to know what happened... in your words and no you aren't in trouble but some of us are concerned about you..."
