Pumbloom (Grass) #023 - According to scientists, Pumbloom is distantly related to the Pokemon Whismur. It was first discovered by two friends who were blogging their journey through the wilderness. Pumbloom are easily excitable, and use the energy they absorb through their flower to run away quickly when threatened or over stimulated. Though they prefer to flee from any trouble, they can lash out with their vines as a last defense.
Snapum (Grass/Dragon) #024 - Pumbloom’s relation to Whismur is completely lost upon evolving, becoming stronger and more reptilian in nature. However, this poses a new mystery for scientists: what is this Pokemon, really? Is the body in control, or is the flower? Since they use their front-most vines as arms, it is theorized that the lizard and flower work in harmony, though conflicts in the scientific community keep this from being confirmed. Now strong enough to properly fend of predators, Snapum has become a capable hunter in its own right, blending into folliage before jumping out and strangling prey with their vines.
