It'll only allow those worthy to catch it, those that earn it's trust and nobility, will be loyal to them as they carry the same goal. Vibrava use it's roar to send out terrifying signals to warn rivals to stay away. They will seek out shiny objects they see as valuable, they will take back to their lair. This line is greedy, and are still stubborn unless they are raised right. Flygon are prideful and proud creatures of their line. Their power is unmatched and will challenge for the sake of keeping it's territory safe. It is said that these pokemon battled the kingdoms of old, and were seen as monsters. Now a days these pokemon are viewed as symbols of strength, power and honor.
