Remember to work your hands during #armday. I’ve been good w/keeping up the hand exercise for the last couple arm days. Do it during cool down between sets. Weight shot from last night. Upped leg press machine weight to 70 from 45. Romanian Deadlifts & Barbell Glute Bridges weight upped to 50 from 30. Lower back protested until the message chair & heated car seats took care of it.
