A delightful combination of classic s'mores flavors in the form of an ice cream cake. Perfect for sharing with friends and family on your travels and adventures!
Ingredients: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup melted butter. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1.5 quarts chocolate ice cream. 1.5 cups mini marshmallows. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup chocolate sauce. 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Spread half of the chocolate ice cream over the crust and sprinkle with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and add the remaining chocolate ice cream on top. Freeze for another 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread this whipped cream over the ice cream cake as the final layer. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and dollop marshmallow fluff for the finishing touch. Cover and freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
