INGREDIENTS:
1/2 banana, frozen
1 cup pineapple, frozen
1 Tbsp white chia seeds
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded/desiccated coconut
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or coconut, 2%-5% recommended)
1/2 cup beverage-style unsweetened coconut milk
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz on high until perfectly smooth and creamy. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup): ~15g
White Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp): ~2g
