Stiles and Scott’s friendship is so interesting. I’m a little concerned though since I’ve seen a twitter comment from Jeff Davis mentioning Stiles losing faith on Scott. Stiles and Scott are like peanut butter and jelly, they just go together.
I know exactly what you mean. Stiles and Scott are definitely the meat of the show, they always have been. I think the majority of fans are nervous because a disagreement between them has to be handled well and written well in order to be pulled off, it’s important that TW doesn’t drop the ball or they’ll destroy the very foundations of the show. I think if it’s handled well, it will be perfect for their characters. Realistically, best friend don’t always agree. Stiles and Scott are very different and while Stiles has followed Scott through the seasons and gone along with him every step of the way, I have a feeling that Scott trusting the new beta is going to push Stiles into reacting protectively and it’s going to cause tension. I think that that’s the extent though. I genuinely don’t think Stiles and Scott will be driven away from each other. The depth and magnitude of their relationship is too great. If the writers do that, they’ll be writing both of the boys OOC and I will go into an incurable HULK RAGE.
