so after another couple of days of nothing (but thinking about writing) I've written stuff!

I rewatched the whole of Smash recently, and the idea of using S2 as an idea for a Glee AU wouldn't leave my mind. So while I wasn't writting the past few days, I was thinking and creating something in my mind. It was hard to figure out who would be who, what parts I could keep, what parts to scrap, what parts to rework and change so it would make sense with the glee characters. I'm not completely there, but I think I have Puck and Kurt's roles figured out enough to at least write some of the scenes in my head. It'll probably be very loosely based on the show, and not dive that far into the Bombshell part of it, mostly focusing on Hit List but I think I have it.

Puck as Jimmy | Kurt as Kyle | Quinn as Karen | Jesse as Derek | Rachel as Ivy | Blaine as Tom | Tina as Julia | Artie as Scott

that's kinda all i have right now, and a scene that wouldn't leave my mind mostly written out, but this is fun! It was hard to get the characters lined up, there's so many combinations that could work (Puck as Derek, Quinn as Ivy, Rachel as Karen, Finn as Jimmy - Jake as Jimmy, Marley as Karen, Rachel as Ivy, Finn as Derek, Unique as Ana - the lists go on and on)

also if you haven't seen NBC's Smash please go watch it, please (it's not on any streaming platform (that i know of) but... I have links :P). Because if you like Glee you'll like Smash! It's like a grown up Glee, set in New York, based on Broadway. It's what S5 could have been, really.
