It's so important to acknowledge the very real and sometimes truly horrible failings of the healthcare profession and the pharmaceutical industry while never ever ever letting them drive us into the arms of pseudoscientific bullshit. This is something I feel really strongly about.

Me, a full time student and full time grave shift employee with a job in health care I mostly enjoy: “wow so the local school district really needs sped paras and I feel like I would really like working in the classroom… I could totally function on the few hours of sleep I’d get between school getting out and needing to be at the hospital. They need good people out there and I’m a good person I think…”
