No one:
Literally no one:
Me, at 3am: okay, but the sun and the moon are lesbians cursed by the gods so that they will always remain seperate, except for special occasions. The moon is trying to desperately catch up to her wife, but she loses her energy during the waning phases until she is empty and tired, and her wife helps her regain her strength during the waxing phase by leaving things behind on their trail, until she is once again full. This cycle repeats for Ten Thousand years, when they will both vanish from the skies, and are finally together in the afterlife. It's the story of a forbidden, but true, love, and a reminder that love has its pain, but there are times that it is truly worth it.
The Lunar Eclipse is the hardest point for the moon, because it is the one time she is truly blocked from Her view, and the light is gone, leaving her a lonely red. This also scares the Sun, because she cannot see past the Earth, and no matter how many times it happens, she cannot help worrying that something may happen, so she Burns brighter trying to see her lover. It is a time of mourning, because it's a reminder that they must remain apart for such a long time
The Solar Eclipse is the one time they are allowed together, and it is the happiest time for both. Though it is a short time before they are pulled apart, it is the happiest time, it's a time to rejoice. The moon and the sun are together, even if it only is for a short time. It is a reminder that love can survive the hardest times if it is true. it helps them remember that they're there for each other and it'll be okay in the end. It is worth this pain in the end UwU
