What does dark fey music sound like? I’d guess, for practical reasons, they’d use rather small instruments like maracas, pipes, and violins because you can’t exactly haul a piano or something around in there. Judging by the small snippet we got from the movie, I’d also be willing to guess that they really like drums. The subspecies would probably also be somewhat influenced by the humans in their area. So forest fey would have a lot of European influences, desert fey would have Middle Eastern/North African influences, so on and so forth.
