When I was a teenager, it was typical for man to show a bit of boxers peaking above the shorts. And of course there were more of slutty things back in the past: mini shorts. But when it was the last time that something slutty was mainstream on the hetero side??? I guess we have translucents shirts and compression shirts but they are not so common. And don't tell me suits or coats are slutty. They aren't. Being classy is the opposite of slutty.
