Walked Mags in BROAD DAYLIGHT AT 6.30 !!!! All the blossoms are coming out

Fell down a hill and nearly snapped my leg, see crime scene showing I slid all the way down with one leg bent sideways behind me 🫠

Worked at home, it was eerily quiet but I just enjoyed it and got a lot done. Took Mags back out to play at lunch

Worked out after work, upper body today

Finally noticing some gains!! Chugged a protein smoothie in the bath before dinner. It looks gross but it was good 🤌
