How do the adult characters in Doug [the parents, Mr. Bone, the Dinks, The Beets, Mayor White, etc...] interact with the adult Nicktoon characters and other toons?
That depends on the adult or Toon based on how grounded they are. For example, Doug's parents get along well with Ickis' dad, Slickis (especially Doug's dad, who honestly looks up to Slickis as a "role model" parent). The Beets get along well with Uncle Iroh, who happens to really like their music oddly enough. They also all get along with the Rugrats parents, as they can relate to them quite a bit.
