Mother has had THE WORST luck with previous lovers/boyfriends/husbands. It has to be a curse or something.
Slender is the oldest, and he's the only one who has met all four of her previous lovers.

She wanted time as a family, and away from his work and the stress of the outside world. She was planning on cooking a nice dinner the day after, and proposing the idea of moving closer to the rural terrain.
He was killed by a close friend before he even left the dirt path.
Offender's father was next, and he seemed like a keeper until Offender was born. Their marriage fell apart, and Mother fell into depression, and to top it all off Offender's father got deathly sick from his Mistress with an STI and died only a week after experiencing symptoms. Offender never got to hear his last words.
Trenders father was mute, and after Trender was born he left in the middle of the night and didn't return. Later, Mother found his body in a creek. Murdered.
Splendors father was the only human lover she had. Unfortunately, as sweet, caring, and nice as he was, creatures of the underrealm saw him no differently than the humans in the humanrealm. He was beheaded bringing home birthday cake for Splendors 4th birthday.

As a yandere, Mother would be set on keeping her s/o as close as possible to her. She wants to protect them, and keep them safe in the security of her mansion. While her malicious intent shines through her dominating aura often, it's for the greater good.
