Well, here we have a very proud Papyrus, who successfully stuffed his brother into a festive garb and a very uncomfortable Sans, who wants his tracksuit back.
I'm especially proud of how Sans turned out

An introduction

Greetings,
don't be shy,
here,
let me tell you the tale of my people...
...\\^^^༄༄..☢︎︎..༄༄^^^//...
There once was a time when monsters and humans coexisted peacefully on European land. They respected the Slavic Pagans, their practices, and vice versa. They helped each other and saw themselves as family. Then the chruch reformations took place and it didn't take long for the humans to start fearing their, once, brethren, start seeing them as creatures from hell, with magical power they received for being the devil's servants. A great war followed, with almost all of the monster population turned to dust.
13 human druids were tasked to deal with the remaining monsters and render them harmless, so they wouldn't pose a threat to humankind. Humans believed that it took at least 13 druids to be able to stand against the devil incarnates. These druids sealed them into the underground, right under the Shatrinska mountain, while creating a magickal force strong enough to prevent the monsters from fleeing. The druids saw the injustice in their actions but couldn't fight against it. However, they did give monsters a chance to break the magickal barrier. All they needed for it were 13 human souls.
Monsterkind thought to be lost. How were they supposed to acquire a human soul? Let alone 13 of them? Worse, how will the gods react, will they punish them for stealing innocent souls? It was a weird thought, since, haven't they already forsaken them?
Not long after, depression and hopelessness spread over the underground but they didn't get discouraged, they searched for ways to break the barrier, even without having to kill anyone.
Then the humans started falling, filling monsterkind with more hope. The first human that fell was a 11 year old child named Chara. They were an interesting human with bright, red eyes that spoke of wisdom and tragedy. Together with the monster prince Asriel, they, unfortunately, met a tragic end. It shook monsterkind to the core, dividing them. They were no longer the welcoming people who would do anything for anyone. Now they were wary and only trusting those close to them. Speaking, soulmates or family.
Luckily Eggster, a newfound monster holiday, succeeded in building bridges between the monsters again which proved to be highly practical once the 9th human fell. With them, came also the great Downpour. It seems like the humans haven't only robbed them of their home but parts of their magick now as well.
After the meltdown of the Chernobyl reactor in 1986, Ukrainian soil was rendered unusable, it was a shame that that soil was right over Waterfall. A large amount of radiation seeped into the depths of the earth and sadly reached the underground as well. It mingled with the monster's magick, weakening it. At first, it was a catastrophe, no one knew what to do or who to ask for help but they adapted, they found ways to cooperate and utilize their magick without overexerting themselves.
Although it did change their mindsets and view on the surface, along with all the books, cassettes, diaries, movies, documents, etc. that fell into the underground and informed monsters of how life on the surface looked like. They became less enthusiastic about going back, wondered if it was even worth it. Especially after some old, propaganda-ridden history books appeared in the underground, giving monsterkind a glimpse of what was happening while they were absent.
Still, many felt homesick, and even more monsters were angry that their freedom was limited by a race that already forgot about their existance. So the wish to leave persisted, right until the 13th human falling down the rabbit hole, where the real story begins.
I know that there are more Slavs than east and/or middle as I wanted to include the Balkans as well but then the underground would've been too big and so on and so on. So I'm sorry, I love y'all though, from Asia to the Balkan sea.

💀Sans the Gopnik 💀
A.k.a Slavictale Sans
Appearance:
Sans is all for comfort, sporting a blue striped tracksuit jacket with a black shirt underneath and all-black tracksuit bottoms. His feet are clad in white socks and striped, black showering sandals.
On special occasions, he might top of his get-up with a grey newspaper boy cap.
On the surface, people would definitely see him as a Gopnik.
He carries a light blue flip knife with him. I mean, someone with 1 hp has to protect themselves somehow.
Characteristics:
This boy might seem like the laziest slob the gods ever created but little do the monsters know, that he's actively utilizing his former skills as an It-technician to find ways to regenerate the monster's magick so that they can function normally again. The only other monster who knows about this is is his superior, doctor Alphys.
On the side he 'works' as a sentry. Technically he uses the sentry stations to sell grilled Oscypek. Which is a made from mushroom that grows in Waterfall and which tastes like sheep cheese.
(Oscypek is a special goral sheep cheese available in the regions surrounding the Tatra mountains.)
Sans has a difficult relationship with sleep. He can't pinpoint why, but the Underground looks weird. It's as if it shouldn't look like this and he shouldn't look, behave and be like this either. He can't help himself but feel paranoid while thinking about these things and with the Underground constantly facing some challenge or another, due to humans or the supposed Phantom of the underground, it's difficult to be at ease and enjoy sleep. This doesn't mean he won't randomly fall asleep every now and then.
Luckily he's found coping mechanisms. Reading is something that keeps his mind off of theories about alternate realities that are starting to get on his nerves. He reads mostly non-fiction but there is some romantic novel to be found here and there. He may or may not squeal when he gets the chance to talk about Pride and Prejudice.
The second one are jokes or anything that has to do with comedy. Laughter is a wonderful remedy for any fear or sorrow and Sans understands that. He may not think of himself as a good comedian but he'll occasionally indulge others in a joke or two. His favourite is sarcasm, however, and he can't go a day without being just a tad bit sassy, blunt or sarcastic.
This smartass has a knack for getting very talkative once he's in his element. Which means explaining to someone how different software or hardware works, what it can do etc. So much so, that his normally half-moon shaped eyelights take on the shape of literal stars. Him passionately talking about science, reminds of Undyne passionately screaming about fighting.
Speaking of fighting, Sans will not hesitate to strike if he feels threatened or that the underground/ his family is in danger. No waiting around to meet in the judgment hall, if you misbehave he will take care of it right then and there as He dislikes unsolved problems to the bone. So yes he might be a bit impulsive with His judgement, trust me, Papyrus is trying his best to make him more patient towards others.
Relationships:
Sans has three best friends in general. Papyrus, Chillby and Toriel.
Papyrus loves his brother and vice versa. How could he not? The smaller skeleton raised him. He also encourages his brother to joke more often, as he very much likes to hear them. What he could live without is having to hear his brother's sassy remarks every two seconds. He swears Sans is being a little shit just to provoke him.
Sans loves and has always loved enjoying mayonnaise at Chillby's. His Chebureki and Zhurek are also something he could kill for. But, most of all he loves hanging out with the ice elemental. He always seems to understand his worries even though Sans is 100% sure that that's just Chillby being his nonjudgmental self, he appreciates it.
(Chebureki is a Russian deep-fried turnover with a fillung of ground, minced meat and onions. Zhurek is a Polish ryemeal soup with sausages.)
Toriel is Sans's reading buddy as well as confidant. He can tell her everything as he knows she will listen attentively and give him all the time he needs. Chillby would do the same in a heartbeat but Sans knows how busy he usually is and therefore doesn't want to subject him to it.
They might not have ever seen each other face to face but that doesn't stop them from heatedly discussing human literature, exchanging stories, theories and even gifts. Toriel has more than once made her famous honey pie for him and Sans has given her a lot of trinkets and interesting objects he found in the trashyard. One of these objects was an antique chessboard, with more than a half of its figurines still intact, he though she might like.
Sans just wants the best for everyone even though he still hasn't picked up his socks.
Thank you for reading until the end, here's a dancing Boris
🌻Flowey the terrible🌻
A.k.a Slavictale Flowey
Appearance:
He's a high enough sunflower to tower over Frisk.
characteristics:
He doesn't want to kill Frisk as much as he want's to see them emotionally suffer.
Sometimes Flowey might give pretty good advice but only to papyrus and Fisk and with Frisk it's a 50/50 chance the flower is pulling his leg.
He doesn't laugh, it takes too much energy out of him but he grins a lot as a scaring tactic.
He isn't a sore loser, if one of his plans to cause someone suffering doesn't work, he accepts it and starts working on something better. He's got all the time in the world after all.
Following his legacy as the prankster of the Underground, which he was together with Chara, he got a new title, the underground Phantom, pulling cruel 'pranks' at the most unexpected times without anybody ever noticing it was him. Aside from that toothy trashbag.
Those 'pranks' may include sabotaging somebody's food crops or their food garden, using his power to load in order to make someone relive a bad experience all over again or, instilling self-deprecating thoughts inside of a monsters mind.
He's a manipulative, egoistical, cunning but surprisingly wise, probably thanks to Chara's influence, bastard.
Relationships:
Sans doesn't trust him with his bro even though those two aren't far from being friends.
Flowey likes how he can be brutally honest around Papyrus without him getting offended. He also likes talking and venting to him since, for some reason, this skeleton has nothing against listening to a menacing flower ranting about mundane problems.
Papyrus has succeeded in doing the unimaginable and that is to have Flowey stop harrassing the underground, or at least to make his 'pranks' a lot less harmful.
As a 'thank you' for Papyrus's company the flower helps him with his story puzzles.
Frisk is nothing but a plaything for him. (At least at the start) Although he is pretty interested in the human who stole the his power to reset.
Sans threatened to chomp his head off and use his seeds for cooking oil or start a brand new Semechki stand with them. It wasn't a nice experience.
Slavictale Undyne 🐟
Appearance:
Undyne looks like she came straight out of a ww2 history movie. She adorns a torn soviet military uniform, complete with a red barret on her head and shiny black boots. Unlike many other Undyne's this one does not wear an eyepatch over her damaged eye, instead, wearing it proudly to show that she has gone to war with a real monster (read: human child) and came out alive. It adds to her already psychotic and raggedy look.
She didn't, however, come unscathed from the Underground pollution. Since the Toxicity was mainly found out in Waterfall, Undyne is one of the monsters whose magic decreased drastically. As to not overwhelm herself, Undyne now uses a metal harpoon launcher to fight her enemies, knuckle brass in case of a close combat and some Garrot Wire she found in the dump. It all makes her look cool and has scared the humans falling into the Underground on more than one occasion. Who knew humans were more scared of weird metallic gadgets rather than real magic?
Personality and Relationships:
Undyne is a big hot head, she is like a match that gets lit up by the slightest stroke. That doesn't change the fact that she would do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING for her loved ones and her community. She practically lives to serve and has made it her mission to see the monsters rise to their former glory. Meaning seeing them get their magic back and enjoying life again. Seeing the surface was and still is the big dream of all monsters but she understands that that isn't their priority right now. What would they even do if they were freed from the mountain with their limited magic? Not much, they would probably, get sent back Underground but now with a trickier security system than just some magic barrier.
She has a wonderful friend in Papyrus. Since her magic decreased she was not in the position of being the Royal guard anymore so she gave it to the bravest and most gallant monster she knew, Papyrus, who was forever grateful to her.
He was also the one to help her and most of the other monsters not slip into madness and get back on their feet. This allowed Undyne to be in the right state of mind to assist her other most valued friend, Alphys, who has been dealing with huge issues of her own, losing her eyesight being one of them. Together, they succeeded in not falling down.
She was also the one to teach Pap how to play the Balalaika, a small Instrument they found broken in the dump and fixed together. So now they unofficially formed a band, with her playing the piano and Shyren singing. They sometimes go out into the town to jam. More often than not, other monsters join them as well, singing or dancing to the rhythm and together they combat their daily anxieties.
She still has a passion for fighting and sparing. Which she does on the daily basis with either Papyrus or the dog guards, mainly with a long sword. While it is fun she also never says no to a physical one on one combat where the two parties have nothing to help them but their strength.
After realizing that physical strain gives her back some of her magic and some of her joy of being alive back, she decided to share this knowledge with the whole Underground, creating her gym which she lovingly labelled, training facility. There she teaches the monsters how they can properly care for their body and malnourished souls. Of course her teachings aren't perfect, as she is still learning as well but she firmly believes that if they learn and share their knowledge together they will be able to get their magic back!
Still enjoys Anime and frequently watches Anime Marathons with Aplhys. It gives them both a sense of normalcy, a fleeting memory of how things were before. Although nowadays there seems to be no DVD of Mew new Missy cutie, none of them feels up to watching something so happy-go-lucky. Watching that feels as if it were mocking them for their former naivety.
Her relationship with Asgore has gone down the drain, however, as he became a recluse, just like the former queen, not being able to forgive himself for letting his people suffer that way. Undyne still loves him and sees him as a mentor though. She is often caught standing outside of the throne room, looking nonchalantly at the door, her fist sometimes raised, ready to knock and maybe offer him to go to her house for a tea. Yet she still hasn't found the courage to do so, chanting to herself that giving him more time is a far better option than forcing him to socialize again.
(Look what I found in my drafts~)
