In the past, Tsukishima had danced around the edges of blade, beat Ginjou and the others in foot races, and was, in general, fast.
But apparently not fast enough to avoid having a door slam full force into his face.
He was close enough, and naturally heavy enough, that the door had only opened a few inches before bouncing off him and slamming shut again, and it was with one quick, cautious step the Tsukishima moved himself out of dodge before the person on the other side tried to open the door again. A single hand touched his nose, where he felt the warm throb starting, and his fingers came away shiny and red. He let the hand fall, not bothering to try to stem the flow with fingers alone.
When the door opened a second time and the culprit came through, Tsukishima directed a cold look her way.
“You’re quite strong for such a little thing.”
Cirucci had felt that something wasn’t quite right when the door behind her hadn’t actually closed the way that it was supposed to. Having expected to hear the light click of door becoming secure, instead, there had been more of a thud. Being far too focused on her main objective, the woman had not realized that there had been an individual entering the premises right after her. Coming to a halt just a few steps from the door, the realization hitting her, Cirucci stepped back – opening the door again.
Eyes catch sight of a tall, slender man figure towering over her – streaks of red dripping from his nose. [ ᴡʜᴏᴏᴘs ] Cirucci stared at him a moment. The facts were simple and she knew it.
☾ ┊ ‘ I get that a lot. ’
Her tone implied that this was a compliment – and it was. Pointing up to her nose, she spoke again – 𝚋𝚎𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚜𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚘𝚏 𝚊 𝚜𝚖𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚜𝚜.
‘ You have a little something there. ’
