Luthor's taste in decoration is… extravagant, as always. Thick drapes of cloth in purple and green — of course — with a chandelier big enough to crush even a superhuman twinkling away above the crowd. Sitting areas with thick white rugs overlaying the marble floor, a banquet table big enough to accommodate enough food for even the enhanced-appetite metas he's brought together, a bar doing brisk business even with its three servers, and a dance floor that's — for now — mostly empty. Everything polished and shining, decorated with the clearly practiced touch of some professional decorator or another; Slade can recognize the art on the walls as originals, and some of the sculptures on stands as worth millions.

The delicate classical music being played from behind a gauzy curtain — thick enough to keep the players hidden beyond the shadow of their shapes, thin enough to be sure everyone knows it's real people — permeates the whole room, lending the whole thing an air of high-price-art-auction that's never really been Slade's scene. The waiters that circle the room are blank-faced enough he would guess at either mind control or androids, offering flutes of champagne and delicate bits of things that pretend to be food to people like Black Manta and Ra's Al Ghul alike without any change in expression. Luthor's always made sure his supporting staff don't have any… unfortunate reactions to the things they see, and there's usually more than enough of things like that to go around.

His belly had been the one that started to swell first, and as much as the odds are all very much in favor of Slade having sired his clutch as well, he still can’t help the small niggling doubt inside him that that may not be the case.

Jason shivers as he watches Slade inspect his newly laid clutch. Dick, his own belly still big and swollen with unlaid eggs, is an uncomfortable presence at his back, and Jason barely hears the words being spoken in his ear; the soft croons and clicks Dick is making in an attempt to sooth the pain and exhaustion he feels from the laying. His eyes are entirely focused on watching his mate’s large clawed hands run over the still delicate shells of the eggs instead.

He finds himself showing his teeth, hissing slightly as he curls his tail a little tighter around the small pile of eggs cushioned in the sand. Dick's fingers stroke down his back, over the harsh scar of Slade's mating bite on his shoulder, his lips following. Jason can't make himself lean into the touch, not with his nerves all focused on the slightest twitches of Slade's fingers, but he doesn't pull away from it.

The first time Jason and Dick meet, it takes the combined efforts of both Bruce and Alfred to drag them back apart from one another. Not because mutually misplaced resentment or fears of being replaced drive them to fight, but because after just one brief whiff of each other’s scent across the room, they can’t stand to be anywhere else.

It’s soulmate compatibility. Bruce and Alfred realise that quickly, even if Dick and Jason don’t.

“He’s fourteen, Dick,” Bruce urgently hisses against his ear, once he’s got him pinned down. Dick can taste blood on his tongue from their fight, feel the pressure on his throat as Bruce grips it. “Fourteen. Get a hold of yourself.”

The words, as well as the heavy pull of Bruce’s scent overriding all his other senses, do what the violence and pin alone cannot. Dick gasps in horror, at what he and Jason almost certainly would have done had they been alone. “Bruce—”

“You need to leave.” Bruce doesn’t let up for an instant. He’s all alpha now, furious and implacable. “Get out of the manor. Get out of Gotham. Don’t come back.”

Hey there babe!

Yeah I haven’t really had the energy for Tumblr the last couple of months. Sorry about that. What little energy I have for social interaction usually gets used up with work and Discord.

Jason officially stays at the manor for the first couple of decades (although after a few months he kinda starts shaking up with Tim).

The Hall of Divinity accomodates official fated pairings together so as soon Jason’s divine spark returns, Nightwing and Deathstroke’s rooms ARE Jason’s too. They don’t get their own because they’re not meant to be apart (and can’t help but not want to be apart) for any significant amount of time.

That said, you may have noticed at the end of chapter 1, Nightwing tells Deathstroke to “stop turning this place into a dungeon” and when Jason wakes up its all marble floors and pillars with a huge open balcony...

That’s because the gods have a great deal of control over how their homes take shape. To an extent. When Deathstroke is the only one there for a while it will change to accommodate his preferences. It’ll do the same for Nightwing and later Jason if he’s ever there by himself for a bit. But when they’re all together it’ll find a middle ground and kind of accommodate all their needs (conveniently never too awfully complicated by nature of their destined matching).

So when Jason first returns, Nightwing and Deathstroke have worked extremely hard to change for him and he’s forgiven them but not forgotten what happened. The room is less stark and cold, still the white marble floors but the walls are wood and there are three separate sleeping chambers sectioned off from the main living space with curved arches and gauzy curtains in each deity’s official color. When they are intimate with each other, they pick a bed.

It’s never Jason’s. Not for a long time. He likes the option to leave without having to rely on them to listen to him and wants to keep his own space his and free from their touch until he’s more comfortable.

Eventually though, they’d all end up tangled together on their one giant bed.

I’m a shitty “artist” and I threw this together really quick so don’t judge lol, but hopefully this will give you a vague idea of what I’m talking about please ignore the fucked up perspective on the bed in the second image
