I recently heared about the concept of counter balance, the idea that you are not in balance and need to do something in the future to obtain balance, or even worse, the belief that balance doesn't exist what so ever. This concept about counter balance is potentially very dangerous if you try to persue it. In this reality, it is much better to percive the balance that is already present in your life. To acknowledge the flow and alignment that is already present in your life. Balance is something that IS already present in some way(s), you just need to see it. When you see it, you can begin to understand it's importance, understanding how to cultivate it, understanding how to build upon it.
