Dear Gus & Magnus,

We drove from DC to Pigeon Forge yesterday, but we didn't take any photos. I wish I would have taken a photo of Magnus interacting with a toddler through the window at Chick-fil-A when we stopped for lunch (dinner?). Mags was confident interacting with the other boy until the other boy's entire family came outside to say hello. They were on the road home (to where, I can't remember) after visiting family Asheville. When we got to the hotel, we swam and went to bed.

Today, we opted for Anakeesta, which is a kind of mountaintop theme park. Very nature-centric. It was the best day of our vacation. There were tree houses, an observation tower, a giant netted trampoline, a skywalk, and a couple of single-rail roller coasters. Mom waved to us as Gus loaded into his car and Magnus and I loaded into another. The scariest thing was the lift chair up and down the mountain. We were in a gondola on the way up, but Mom said she could do the lift chair on the way down. She was scared, but incredibly brave. While we were up there, we saw a black bear and three cubs, then further down the lift we saw another adult black bear.

Back at the hotel, we had more pool time. I think we'd all come back to this place in a heartbeat. Driving home tomorrow.
