Maybe sometimes we really just need to let it all out; scream, shout (to the wind not just at anyone), write and paint away our frustrations and anger in order to have that inner peace. The Sky Looked Even Better on the Water
One of my favourite moments at Seaera The Retreat wasn't any activity. It was just sitting by the lake and watching the sky reflect on the water.
In the morning, the lake looked calm and peaceful. By evening, the colours of the sunset reflected on the water and it honestly looked beautiful. I found myself sitting there much longer than I had planned, just enjoying the view and doing nothing.
It made me realise how relaxing simple moments can be. No busy plans, no phone in my hand, just fresh air, peaceful views and a quiet mind.
